how to set mail server on a windchill pdmlink?

Windchill Pdmlink setting up a smtp server on self ?
Or built smtp server separately and connect to Windchill pdmlink?
Is there a way for a Windchill Pdmllink to set up itself for sending mail?

If it have a way to set up own smtp in a Windchill pdmlink, teach me how to that
Or if i need to build a separate smtp server and then use it in Windchill,

That document seems to be necessary to configure after building smtp.

At least I wonder if pdm link supports building smtp, rather than setting up an smtp server in Windchill
I built smtp via hmail.
I am trying to send a notice mail by attaching smtp built in hmail to Windchill.
