loader

could you provide the structures that needed as to build a loader with its row for Part Number, and plantView, and DesignView, plus the target state is obsolete , I just want to get as similar example to how to build this loader structure it is a known knowledge of the loader as 50%

This does not make sense?  Are you looking to create an import file for Parts via CSV2XML or are you using the spreadsheet import method? We need more details.
