Is anyone else having issues with trying to access the knowledge database at ptc.com ? For the past to weeks I either can't connect period or when I do connect its extremely slow.
After spending one hour from home with PTC tech support, they cant figure out why I cant log in. The problem occurs at my work location as well as my home. They tell me we have a valid account and they can log on, but we still cant. Usually I dont get to the login screen, the few times we get the login screen and enter user/pass, the web browser just runs and nothing happens. Also installed firefox, no difference either. At this point PTC tech support has just plain given up and told us to contact our ISPs.
