The last note on Save As screen seemed to indicate that you could remove the columns from the default view. Well, not really. If you edit the default view, New Org ID column is not removable. You can remove the previous Org View ID. I think what this is saying is that you can hide the column. Problem is that setting is user by user right? I ended up throwing to the right side and hoping a user does not fiddle with it.
Are there any other UIs that I need to clean up that people know of? IMHO, this is a step backward. Not sure why this change was necessary.

Thanks @joe_morton. Left with only one choice...
For now I can turn on the preference when creating SUMA parts then turn it off. Long term I might replace the data utility. I will also post a Windchill idea. What makes this more confusing is that we used the original building CAGE Code as the Org ID when we started in 2004 and org name. Fast forward, we gone from multiple sites, half dozen org and company name changes and finally a divestiture where for some reason, they changed the site's cage code. It would just add confusion to leave on.
Another side effect is that the Org ID is displayed all over the place. Its at the end of the part name, the Library names and Product Names. Ugh. This is a significant step backwards. I do not like it Sam I am.
We're living with this in order to do save as on Supplier Parts. You would think Save As would default to the existing Supplier Part's Org, but the new copy defaults instead to our company's Org. So you have to expose the Organization column so it can be manually set during the save as. And yes, it makes Org ID visible everywhere else in the system.

A follow up. Looks like this was handled in 13.1.1
Appears in the What's New. Yet another upgrade.
