"Show occurrences" function in the BOM transformer is not working properly

The "Show occurrences" function in the BOM transformer is not working properly. It shows Nonoccurrence in the structure. I cannot see the occurrences in the visualization anymore.

do you have occurences cerated ? if you open that BOM in PSB what do you have on occurrences tab :

In the snapshot, the quantity of all the items is one. You need to have the quantity more than one for occurrences to be displayed. Try increasing the quantity for any of the components to be more than one. Then you can try the option of show occurrences on the help center.
