"Transactions still in progress" - Error.

Fellows,I'm trying to create new object attribute in Intralink, however I get the following error message:"Can not change to ReadOnly mode because there are other transactions still in progress"Please note that when trying to delete exist object attribute there is no problem.

other then this issue the system look "healthy".

Any suggestion ?Intralink 3.4 M030

I'll throw a longshot out there. a few times I accidentally tried to
purge, and didnt specify a folder so it was just hanging. I had to kill
the client, which left the purge suspended. Anyway, if I did that if
left everything locked. I had to run this:

<dataserver_loadpoint>/intralink/diag/job_ctrl stop dschangeme
<dataserver_loadpoint>/intralink/diag/job_ctrl start dschangeme

see tpi 34500. This is not your same situation but may be a clue.
maybe search on job_ctrl command.
