"open in ProEngineer" menu not showing up under "actions" in Part info window?

"Open in Product View" shows up in the actions menu...but not "Open in ProE"

I am sure I have overcome this before, but cannot remember why this is happening with a couple new users?

I have them in the same groups as my other Mechanical Engineers?

Any ieas? Intralink 9.1 M050

Registering the server resolved this issue.... Thanks everyone.
