[solutions] - Windchill upgrade error

From the looks of the screen shot and where the logs are being written, you
have run upgrade manager from the Windchill 10.1 shell. You need to run
upgrade manager from the Windchill 10.2 Shell.

That should resolve your issue.

Hi Ryan ,

     it's a bug , i think ,and try it again ,only ,hope you back your oracle dump files .
