the way for creating DMR from DHF

Hi experts,

We're currently considering to use design control module.

As for DHF's specification, removed objects are still collected in the DHF. It's OK for us.

If a described by or referenced document is removed from a part, or a subpart is removed from a tree structure, the removed document or subpart remains in the DHF. This way, you can see the progress of a part structure over time and track the design maturation for a product. If a document or part itself is deleted, it does not remain in the DHF.

But when DMR will be created from DHF, to create DMR while avoiding removed objects is very troublesome.

How should we productively choose the  proper objects for DMR from DHF?

The DMR should always be created from the DHF that is why the check boxes exist.  Most customers check all then uncheck the items they don't want in the DMR.

Also note that the Executive Advisory Committee is creating a Design Control workgroup to enhance design control pre-configurations.
