Do you have screen shots? Building year, is that one of your custom attributes? I am not familiar with that. Are you looking for a way for an attribute value for example 432,410,040 to be displayed without comma separators? Like 432410040? How is attribute defined? Please show setup for it.

left you see the problem. it should be 2023 and not 2.023

Ahh, I see. Perhaps this should have been a String and not a long (Integer).

It is just how the value is shown.

Write own data utility that the long number is formatted as you need.
