Over time there have been many discussions on this forum about what to do with user accounts for users who have left the company (but who might return at some point). There was a very good trail on this about a month ago.
Request: Please post your current best practice / procedure related to this- I'll post a summary (and make get ambitious and make a document on this and provide back to all).
