user can’t upload file to Windchill in Creo. These files exceed 1GB

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.0

Hi There,
user can’t upload file to Windchill in Creo. These files exceed 1GB, can you get the PLM to help?
