windchill 輸入帳密無法登入

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2

windchill 輸入帳密無法登入,在登入頁面的時候輸入帳號密碼,但一直無法登入,服務也重啟過豬道什麼原因,還是有辦法從哪邊來查詢密碼是多少呢
