More specifically, the question was while in a change notice, under the process tab, how to add or delete participants.

I have been advised by our windchill admin that it is a matter of permissions. With permissions a green plus sign to add,

and a red minus sign to remove will be available.

Isn't that a conflict of interest PTC?
