We have got aprox. 500 jobs failed to publish with bellow error in worker log.

Hi,

This seems to be an issue with collecting the cad data

 could be due to access, vault 

I would suggest looking at the background method server/ methodserver logs to find the relevant error which will point to issue

Thanks for your reply.
However if  I republish the same job from Representation tab in windchill browser using Create new Representation option it is getting published successfully.

But if publish the same job from WVS job monitor it fails.

Hi @RP_10484037 

The issue can be in an access of the visualization user.

If the system send something to the visualization under visualization user, the user needs to have the access to all files. So visualization user should be an administrator. 

This can be just one of many reasons, why the visualization process can not find some documents.
