Anyone has any idea on how to fix the "DuplicateKey" error while running the Windu Tool on 11.1.M020 Windchill PDM Essentials?

 

I did search the knowledgebase but could not find any fix docs related to this specific error.

 

Attached is the txt/log file we have as the output.
