Looking now at all the new stuff that we implement. One thing new in 10.x is Checkpoint robots. Anyone use these? Comments?
Note: The help includes this phrase:"The checkpoint robot node sends an email message when the checkpoint is reached if participants have subscribed to the workflow process or to the primary business object Workflow event. Checkpoints are used to report the time it takes for the workflow process to get from one checkpoint to another or from a checkpoint to the end of the workflow process."
We don't understand how to report (after the fact) using this functionality
