Unable to publish my project as studio is asking me to login again and again.

communication is not established between thingworx studio to database.i tried to configure mssql and mysql, both are not connecting. i have to log the thingworx studio to database. Please guide on this.

1We are able to import the JT file but the file is not showing under resources for 3D model. 2)We are not able to import 3D models such as (.iges, .igs, step.stp, stl) 3)in the creo illustrate(version3.1), under the ribbon we are getting only home tab. w
