Loading Part Numbers for the very first time

I am new to PDMLink and I am starting to migrate all part numbers into PDMLink. There are over 40K numbers that will be imported. When loading them in, I have included the correct revisions for the p/n's that require revisions. In the importing Excel spreadsheet, should I load them in the Released state since they really are all released?
