I am using Creo Schematics Release 4.0 and DatecodeM010

Creo Schematics 4.0 : How to get the wire color and wire label color visually update, automatically by selecting wire parameters from the datbase. black., If we select the BLK color wire from data table, Wire color and wire label color displays to be updated in Black.

Hello @mbabu,

There should be no connection between the color parameter and the fiber’s visible color in Creo Schematics. The ‘color’ parameter is used while auto-routing in Creo Parametric cabling. You should control the fiber color through layer.
Steps:
1 Create a layer and assign the color to that layer
2 Change the layer of the fibers
3 Check the option "Prefer color by layer" which is available under File > Options > Switches.
