Unable to Delete Creo Study

Unable to Delete Creo Study

I am cleaning up a model. Running Creo 7. There are Creo "Simulation Studies" showing up in the model tree. I went into the Creo Simulation app, and blew away all of the simulation elements. However, when i exit the app and go back to the model tab, the simulation studies still show up in the model tree... When I right click to delete them, nothing happens. Same when I highlight them and hit the delete button.

I think those might be Creo Ansys simulations so then you would need to delete them in the Creo Ansys Simulation Application, but you may not have the license. It seems to me that there might be files or file folders storing the ansys run information that you could delete,

Maybe cache folder?

Hi,

if your company is active PTC customer then you can ask PTC Support.

Ah you may be right. We're upgrading to Creo 10 with Ansys on Monday, so I will check then if they are Ansys studies. Thanks!
