Hello All,
Good day !!!
We upgraded Arbortext 8.1 to 8.2 around a year ago, and for the last two days, we have been seeing a pop-up message stating that our license is about to expire. Has anyone else encountered this type of mistake while running Arbortext?
This is the first time we have encountered this problem. What type of license is it mentioning?
I have attached the snip for your reference
Thanks in advance
Regards

Hello Eugine,
I can confirm Bryons thoughts on this 'PTC Arbortext Editor Message'.
The licenses you have are now probably a Subscription licence and therefore need renewing each year.
I would recommend you contact PTC License Renewal to discuss options.
Please could I ask that you mark either this or Bryon's posts by clicking on 'Accept as solution' - this may then help other Arbortext Community Members if they have the same Licensing message.
Kind regards
Alexia
Are you using editor on subscription? Check you license file as it has the date that your license is active till. By the sounds of it you need to renew your subscription.
