Hi thank you for your message.

I have already done that but still the same problem.

I have also do the recommendation here :

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS293892

Generally this issue occurs when activation_request.txt/activation_response.txt  file get corrupted while moving from one PC to another.

Have you compressed or zipped the files while moving from one PC to another ? If yes, I recommend opening a support ticket with the Kepware Technical Support team. Here is a link to the my kepware login page where a ticket can submitted:

https://my.kepware.com/s/login/

Be aware that on the MyKepware page the obvious button at the bottom of the case form that your eye is drawn to DOES NOT SUBMIT THE CASE. Look to the left a bit for the green text that blends into the background and clock that to submit the case.

Sure. sure. sure it's in plain text but human behavior will take the user to the button at the bottom of a form every time because that's how it is done  anywhere else That design choice has been a pet peeve of mine since PTC took over and it was built. It's like they want to frustrate an already frustrated user.
