Congratulations with your acquisition of what is, in my view, the best Mathcad ever!
Where did you buy that Mathcad 11? (Note that the specific version is about 20 years old and no longer for sale since almost that same time.)
Did you get a valid license with it? (The server that used to deal with licensing of Mathcad 11 was taken off-line about 7 years ago.)
What type/edition of Mathcad 11 is it: Single user, or Enterprise? (The licensing of the Single user edition uses Cdilla, the Enterprise edition uses FlexLM)
What is the OS of your laptop? (What version of Windows and is it 32 or 64 bits... Cdilla does not run on 64-bit Windows OS, except WindowsXP-64.)
Summary: Chances are low that you can install it. let alone get it licensed to run.
