Mathcad 14 M035 on Windows 7 64bit

I have installed MathCAD 14 M035 on Windows 7 64bit for an end-user and the insert component dialog box is empty, so he can't insert an excel component. Any help would be great.

i know the support is terrible for the software !

i bought the students edition of pro e and its not compatible with the full version, what a waste of money ! totaly disapointed !!!!!

This is a totally different situation and unless I'm mistaken it is clearly stated that the student version of ProEng is not compatible with the full version.

Well, we knew in advance.

Have you tried repairing the installation or even reinstalling?
