Hello, I am trying to get the Flex license service for Mathcad up and running. I have installed this service from the installation CD, on one of our servers. Then I got the mac address, and created a license file on the web. The server and deamon lines in the license file looks like this (I have removed the real server name and mac and replaced it with "HOSTNAME" and "MAC-ADRESS"):
SERVER HOSTNAME PTC_HOSTID=MAC-ADRESS 7788 DAEMON ptc_d "C:\Program Files\Mathcad\flexnet\i486_nt\obj\ptc_d.exe" I have double and triple-checked that the mac address and hostname for the server is correct. Still I am getting this error in the LMTools debug Log:
