The error message "The variable is undefined" is obtain when I try to run any commands in my installed e-books and the commands are highlighted in red
The installed e-books are
1. Data Analysis Extension Pack
2. Image Processing
3. Signal Processing
4. Wavelets Extension Pack

All other commands in the regular Mathcad 14 work OK

Do you have a single license or an Enterprise license? Mathcad 14 ships with all the Extension packs you have listed, but they are only unlocked if you have the Enterprise version or you purchase the licenses for the single user version.

I also notice that you only have Mathcad 14.0. You can upgrade at http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_downloads.htm to the M020 release for the single version.

If you have a maintenance account, you can upgrade to the Enterprise version through your SON.
