Where is the userefi folder in Mathcad Prime 2.0?

Hello,

I have recently updated to Mathcad Prime 2.0. Recently I found some dll files that were steam tables developed by a user of Mathcad. They were supposed to be pasted in the user userefi file in the installation directory of Mathcad. I must say these dll files were developed to Mathcad 2000 and Mathcad 11, according to the developer. For what I understood these dll files would be uploaded everytime I start Mathcad.

I could not find the userefi folder for Mathcad prime 2.0, is there a similar folder in which I can paste the dll files?

I really need these steam tables, They will be very usefull for me. Does anyone know how can I implement them on Mathcad Prime 2.0?

Does anyone have a similar development for the use of steam tables in Mathcad?

Thank you for your attention.

Best Regards,

Bruno

1. I hope we can use DLL only in Mathcad Prime 3.0

I use in Mathcad Prime referenses on some Water/Steame functions for Mathcad Prime

See please http://twt.mpei.ac.ru/rbtpp/RegionAll/eng-index.html

And we can use same "cloud" functions in Mathcad 15 - see please http://twt.mpei.ac.ru/ochkov/WSPHB/Web-function-Power-Eng.pdf

2. Does anyone have a similar development for the use of steam tables in Mathcad?

As Valery says, user DLLs are not supported in Prime 2.0

As Richard and me say, user DLLs are not supported in Prime 2.0

What can say PTC about this tool in Mathcad Prime 3.0?

Wi will be very with DLL in Prime!

Dear Valery,

Thank you very much for your answer. Let us all hope for the use of dll files in Prime 3.0.

I would also like to thank you for the water/steam properties library you mentioned in you reply. They will sure help us a lot. We work in CEPEL (www.cepel.br), Brazil, which is the Electric Power Research Center, related to the ministry of energy and mines.

Off topic: We are trying to use Mathcad to run automatically, but in our preliminary tests we found out that the calculation in our workshhet only works when we scroll down the worksheet. I thought it would perform all the calculations the momnet we opened the file, but it did not happen. Does anyone know what can we do to solve this?

Best regards,

Bruno

You can do link from your portal on my on line calculation and cloud function for Power Engineering.

I can translate them into Portugal language.

Do you have some books in Portugal?

Dear Valery,

Thank you very much for your attention and for all the information, I believe we have the book of Wagner and Kretzchmar, but I am not sure.

I will speak to my colleagues about your portal, it may be helpfull to us, but first I will read your papers to understand it a little bit more.

Once again, thank you very much for your attention and help.
