e book problems

The error message "The variable is undefined" is obtain when I try to run any commands in my installed e-books and the commands are highlighted in red
The installed e-books are
1. Data Analysis Extension Pack
2. Image Processing
3. Signal Processing
4. Wavelets Extension Pack

All other commands in the regular Mathcad 14 work OK

"repairing" the installation (Windows action) and
"registering" components (see install manual) is
often a good start. This can solve a lot of these
types of problem.

Do regular worksheets still work OK?

See my message to your first post. If the Extension packs are not licensed, the functions in them won't work.

But you can still read and learn from them 😉

And possibly write your own particular function (in
mathcad) when required and then you can see the
calculation. OK so it will be slow, but will allow
you (assuming Enterprise...) to justify the extra
purchase for those remaining packs.
