Student Creo 4.0 license, but a Creo 3.0 license
I have just downloaded a Student version of Creo 4.0, and got a license. Creo fails to open, and I discovered that the license is not valid, this is for Creo 3.0. How do I get a new license file.

Hi,
I think your only option is:
- uninstall Creo 4.0 (all its items)
- remove PTC sub-directory in C:\Program Files directory
- remove license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
- launch setup.exe and install Creo 4.0
- enter Product Code
K-12 students can use Product code BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12
University students can use Product code BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL
