Programming Challenge - Most Prime Actual Mathematician!

This is a follow on from the thread on virtual centenarian mathematicians Programming Challenge - Most Prime Mathematician!, where we follow up on Valery's posting of Actual Mathematicians.   The challenge is to find the actual historical or present-day mathematician whose lifetime spans the most of prime-numbered years (CE).  (I use the term "mathematician somewhat loosely ... physicists, engineers, etc with a strong mathematical inclination can be included (indeed, some of the most famous mathematicians were noted as much for their contributions to science as to mathematics).

Here's a couple of links to look at:

Where 2 or more mathematicians compete for the honour of the Primest Mathematician, then suggestions can be put forward for some other measure based upon an interesting feature of the mathematician's lifetime prime list (eg, number of prime pairs, largest gap, or number of divisors of the prime sum).
