Hello,
If you don't want to add port in URL you need to configure TWX with port 443. (default port for https).
See server.xml in Thingworx installation folder. If you are using Flow need to reconfigure nginx port.

I assume that you would have to get your own domain name for that.
Or I guess you could technically set one up locally.
