PTC has a partnership with matterport. Looks like it has been created with one of the better cameras, not with a tablet.

but, on which platform does the functionality is made. eg on click of any of the white hotspots it moves further towards that particular place.

Do you have any idea about any alternate solution for creating the same experience?
