Get the URL to download file from windchill PDMLink server using REST API

Hi 

I try to download file from Windchill PDMLInk11.1 M020 server using external  HTTP Client with the help of RESTful APIs. Using REST API I got the metadata of file inside this file i got URL with query string, if this URL with query string  put in my java code it does not work and file can't download. Can anybody tell me what should i do to download file from server.
