This will get you all types but issue is that the criteria reportable attributes is limited. And since this is a tree structure, you can report on an item and its parent but not the root object. Still, all the data is here.
That worked perfectly and Thank you, but i made an error in the request. what i am trying to do is combine all part types into one report. we have many part types and it cumbersome with large requests. i understand that all part types are not created equally but even if its just the part number that would be just fine.
What are you trying to report on? Do you want counts? Not sure what you mean by large requests? If you query on wt.part.WTPart it will get all parts and soft types below it. If you can post a mock up of what you looking to get as the output, that could help.
