searching parts in assembly
Hello,
Is there some possibility to search for part in assembly according model parameter?

Is that because the parameter is not a String? Is the parameter a Real or an Integer? Then the Type should be changed to match.

If the search tool wasn't so cryptic, I would say search tool...
I thing the correct answer -is- search tool...
But don't ask me how to use it for your use case.

I wish I had an intro to using rules for this. I don't see that it can't work.
I've attached a rules schematic, though PTC probably rearranged some of it for Creo.
I think you want to Look for - Component and search for the Attribute where the parameter = the desired value. Since it's an assembly I suspect Look In will also come into play.
