Connecting the Dots: Things PTC Windchill Administrators Would Benefit from Knowing But Probably Don't

Even the most skilled administrators have gaps in their understanding of PTC Windchill.  Being able to fill these gaps will help make their PTC Windchill system run faster and have fewer problems. This presentation will discuss PTC Windchill table mapping in Oracle, using MBean dumps to size caches, how to understand Oracle and workflow reports, how to use the PTC Windchill Monitoring Tools to troubleshoot problems along with suggested tips.
