Changing Simplified Reps In an assembly

I have a part in an assembly. I had added a couple simplified reps to that part, containing a cut, e.g. (cutout)where (Rep 1 cutout) & (rep2 no cutout). Going back to the assy the because the part is probably the "Master Rep" it is showing that cutout. I want to change it to (Rep2 no cutout). I tried selecting the prt in the assy using LMB / menu, I don't see a selection to change the rep of this prt, Is this possible?

In the assembly highlight the part, menu select View>Representation>User Defined. A selection box should appear with the simplified reps of the part. Select the desired simplified rep.

Awsome!!!.....Thanks Chris, Now, If I may ask on this thread. How do I display each Simplified rep of that part into it's drawing? When I use the RMB to activate the Drawing View properties dialoge, I select View States. I can see a selection for Simplified reps, However, the selection is grayed out. I have two reps to detail am I headed down the right road?.

I believe you can show a part simplified rep in a drawing but you can't change it using the dialog box option you're talking about. That is only selectable for assembly simplified reps, unless something has changed that I'm not aware of.

I was able to find it. if interested, I the text erea of the drwing use RMB to activate the "Menu Manager" then select "Drawing Models", then "Set/Add rep". There the list of reps pops up. ........I dont understand why it grayed out in the Drawing View popup, seems like a better place to access this function. Maga Thanks guys.
