Curiosity where did the commands go???

I recently changed jobs and at my new position I did not bring along my old
config files. Not a huge problem as I do not use very many custom items.
However one I did use was for changing the number of digits in drawings
either dimensions or detail scale or other such things. I had suffered for
a while changing dimensions by high lighting, properties, type digit and
applying. However I could not find where or how to do that to a detail
scale note in WF4. So I made a few inquiries to some past coworkers and go
my old config file. After reviewing the mapkey I used for digit changing,
it spawned these questions?

First here is the mapkey if you replace the 1's with 2 or other number you
will get that many digits after the decimal. How to use - click the note or
dimension (can use control and multi select) then type nd1 and all will
change to 1 digit past the decimal.

mapkey nd1 #Done/Return;#Modify;#Num Digits;1

Now for my questions.

1: #Modify --- Where is the modify menu or where did it go? - I cannot
find it anywhere.

Here's one
Enter text into a table
mapkey tet #Done/Return;#Table;#Enter Text;

This brings up a hidden menu that also offers copy to copy text from one
cell to another. I use these a lot for Rev and Title block info.

Yeah, I was aware of that, and I should have included it in my response. I
use it because it saves a click when copying into multiple cells. Using
the menus, once the "copy" item is selected. you can click into cell after
cell and not have to hit Ctrl+C every time. (also an old habit from the
UNIX days when Ctrl+C was not an option).

Not much of a time saver, I know, but this was more directed at Ron's
query about hidden menus
