Flexible Component Modeling

I have an assembly that is using industrial airbags to pivot parts about a shaft. The air bags need to extend and retract while pivoting about 30 degrees...kind of like an accordion. I looked into flexible component modeling, but as far as I know they can't be kinematically dragged. Any ideas on the best way to handle this?

Thanks in advance,

Dean

Hey Dean,

You could setup part's flexibility by the distance between two references
that are moving proportional with extension retraction of your pivoting
assembly.
This way the flexible components size it will parametrical be dependent of
that distance.
Am I making sense.
Hope it helps.
Some Mechanism use it will help the whole assembly to update in real time.
Otherwise it will update only when regenerate.
