How can I change a default CSYS from LH to RH?

As above, I have opened an assembly file, and the very first CSYS is LH. It needs to be RH, is there a way to change it?

Only way I can see is to delete the first CSYS, and add a new one using all three default datum planes as references. You can then define it to be pointing whichever way you need.
