Hey there...
I know I have run into this before, and for the life of me can't remember the solution. I know it is graphics card related: Nvidia Quadro FX1700
The effect is when you drag a dimension on a drawing, the dimension highlights, and starts to move with the cursor, but begins to lag. It appears like it is connected with a rubber band, eventually snapping back to the cursor if you hold it still.
I seem to remember it was a setting, and not a new driver that fixed it, but could be wrong.
Anyone run into this before?
