We had a similar problem, are you checking the 'visible only' button on the PDF export setting dialogue box? We don't get problems here as long as we check that visible only button...

[proecad] - Curved Edges: PDF Print vs PDF Convert
Hi all, WF3.0 I'm trying to figure out why the ProE-imbedded PDF converter doesn't show curved edges correctly while printing in PDF doesn't cause an issue with the same part (see attached PDF files). I played around with the hidden lines and the quality of the pdf and it doesn't seem to affect anything. I also changed the pen-line weight without success. Any ideas?
