When one of vendors imports a STEP file of an assembly all the parts are
grey, he thinks there is a way for me to create the step file so that
when he imports the file it retains the colors of the individual
components. I have never seen this but thought I would ask.
When I see that its all grey it tells me it imported with out any
issues, the only time I've seen some color is when there has been issues
with a surface.
