Summary - Merge Command - Where did it go?

Thanks for all the responses. Here is what I received.

insert -> shared data -> Merge/Inheritance

you can play with the options

In your assembly (assembly active) do the following:

1. Edit/Component Operations (this should bring up a Menu Manager
box)

2. The click Merge

3. Then select the part to perform the Merge to....(part you are
want to add another 'feature' to)

4. Then select the part you want to add...

5. If you follow the prompts it should be straight forward...but
watch the prompts. Sometimes you will get issues that the models do not
have the same accuracy.

from Step 8 perform the following

Activate the part you want to receive the merge

Insert->Shared Data->Merge/Inheritance

Pick the reference part choose options, delete assy

Use the inheritance feature.

Open the primary part.

Insert, Merge/Inheritance.

I'd use the inheritance feature instead of the merge since it doesn't
require an assembly.

Edit>Component Operations

Thanks again for the help.
