scale issue

Gurus,
A coworker of mine has an issue with a particular datum being MUCH
larger than the rest of his model. Of course, this affects default
views and is just annoying. Can anyone tell me how we might fix this?
There are no other suppressed parts that are off in space causing this.

Thanks in advance.

Select the datum;
right click;
edit definition;
select the display tab;
click adjust outline;
you can then select an actual size or choose a reference feature for the datum's relative size.
