When we look at the program manager in windows, there are a lot of Creo products separately appears on the list (please see the screenshot).
For simplicity maybe its easier to have one PTC Creo entry and when you click on uninstall, an uninstall wizard can popup and let users select which products to remove or update and which products to keep.
