Hello,

 

I was just wondering why am I not able of modifying the cache size to another value different than 2 GB?

Option appears to be unavailable for edition. Why is that? If I recall correctly, this was not the case before.

With help from a colleague in the states…

Edit “user_prefs.xml” which can be found (in my case) C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\ptc\ProductView

Search for “cache_size” and change the “value” to your requirements.

Save and start CreoView
