creo illustrate sequence option no available

 i am not getting sequence option to create step.

Even Though i used > animation> sequence> steps it works when i preview the sequence, after i save and publish in .pvz file. then if i open the sequence is not played. kindly help for settings or how to proceed.

when i play the steps in CREO VIEW nothing happens. can you kindly give a remote access demo to this product for a simple steps from my PC.

What version of Illustrate & Creo View are you using?
Also if you could give any more information on the exact workflow in creating the sequence and what publish options you are using when publishing, this may help.
