how to constraint

How to use constraint in Pro/M to constraint translational movement of a
structure in positive y direction but not in the negative y direction. In
constraint menu, u can fix either x, y or z, the problem is, it can not
fix only in positive y direction. I am actually trying to use the
constraint to simulate a structure that is on the ground which means that
it can't move in the positive y direction(postive y direction in my case
is to the ground).Anyone got any idea how to do it?
